A Study on Impact of Business Environment Pollutions on Organisational Performance towards Global Economy

Abstract


The work place environment impacts employee morale, productivity and engagement-both positively and negatively. The work place environment in a majority of industry is unsafe and unhealthy. This includes poorly designed workstation, unsuitable furniture, and lack of ventilation, inappropriate lighting, and excessive noise. The environmental pollution control, a research project was conducted by the education ministry for a period of three years from April 1997.The pollutions effecting to the public in world Air, Water, Soil, Noise, etc., An organization internal environment consists of the entities, conditions, events, and factors within the organization that influence choice and activities. An organization external environment consists of the entities, condition, events, and factors surrounding the organization, that influence choice and activities, it’s called also operating environment.
