Now a day’s much data is generating from various sources. Processing of large data is very complicated and get the results. Many research have been done on processing of huge data. In this paper, the advanced computations with parallel matrix is utilized to process the huge data i,e incomplete information systems. To improve the performance rough set analysis and map reducing is adopted with proposed system.
