Study of properties of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete

Abstract

The various aspects covered are the materials, mix proportioning for M40 grades of concrete. As the concrete is weak in tension, a work has been carried out to investigate the improvement in workability of concrete. Steel fibers acts as a bridge to retard their cracks propagation, and improve several characteristics and properties of the concrete.
