Leadership Style in Complement with Subordinate Preference

Abstract


This study portrays the difference in leadership style among leaders of different socio economic variables and also exhibit significant difference in supervision preference among subordinates of different socio economic variables. This study attempts to examine the relationship between leader perception verses subordinate preferences.
