Abstract


This Study Has Examined The Relationship Between Absenteeism Of Coworkers And Turnover Of Co-Workers Whether Such Acts Brings Dissatisfaction Among The Employees. Absenteeism Is Considered As A Major Problem In The Service Sector, This Study Also Indicates That There Is Positive Relationship Between Absenteeism Of Co-Workers And Job Dissatisfaction Among Existing Employees Whereas There Is No Significant Correlation Between Employee Turnover And Job Dissatisfaction Among Existing Employees.
