Impact of Leadership Styles on Employee Motivation in Nepalese Banking Industry

Abstract


This study examines the relationship between Leadership Style and Employees Motivation in the banking sector of Nepal. The study draws its conclusion based on responses from the sample size of 388 bank employees. The relation between Leadership Style and Employees motivation depends upon the style and services provided by the Leaders of companies. The Leadership Styles such as Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership were major factors that affected the relationship between Leadership style and motivation of the employee.
