Evaluating Motivational Factors and Their Impacts on Employees’ Performance

Abstract


The relationship between organizational evaluation factors and employee performance are intrinsic for the overall development of the organization. Determining whether such relationship stands in the context of Nepal needs to be tested. This study examines the motivational factors and its impact on employee performance in Valley Group of Nepal.
