The Impact of the Recruitment Policy on the Fatimid Administrative Functions in Egypt

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and may Allah bless our master Abu al-Qasim Muhammad and his good and pure family and his productive companions.

After:

    The administrative functions in the Fatimid state have turned a different course from that of the Achashids to Egypt, as the Fatimid state aspired to make Egypt a political, economic and administrative presence comparable to the Abbasid state. It paid great attention to the administrative aspects, The judiciary authority is at the same time a supervisory body. Al-Hesbah represents the application of justice among the general public. In many respects, these functions have taken a great deal of interest in the Fatimid state because of their close connection with the public life. And this recruitment is based on the basis of controls available in the applicant, and this research to highlight this important link in the facilities of the Fatimid state because of its importance in the organization of public affairs of the people, As well as the positive political and economic consequences of the state.
