Abstract

The article considers the possibilities of benchmarking technology’s application in the field of public administration. The use of methods and mechanisms of benchmarking in increasing the efficiency of government agencies, as well as the results of this process is analyzed. The application of methods and mechanisms of benchmarking in some foreign countries is reviewed.
