Peculiarities of the Public Prosecutor’s Speech in Judicial Proceedings

Abstract

The article highlights some aspects of the prosecutor’s speech during the court hearings, legal basis and types of speeches, gaps in the legislation on this issue, proposals for improving the legislation, objections and opinions of the public prosecutor, as well as the improvement of substantive and procedural legislation.
