Abstract


The article is devoted to the criteria for establishing guardianship and trusteeship for children without parental care. The national legislation on the identification of children without parental care is analyzed - the Family Code, the Law on Guardianship and Trusteeship, the Regulation on Guardianship in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Suggestions are given for improving legislation.
