Abstract


The article is devoted to the characteristics of publicist style. The author distinguishes the functions of publicist style and stylistic peculiarities, determines the place of publicists’ work among literary and inartistic texts. Obtained through analytical way knowledge adds up to knowledge of stylistic category of publicist style.
