A Study on Traffic Adaptive MAC Protocols for Wireless Body Area Network

Abstract


In this paper, I outlined that an enhancement of IEEE 802.15.4 Beacon-enabled mode which adaptively adjusts the active period based on the traffic-load resulting in energy saving of devices.
