Synthesis and Characterization of Microspheres of Trigonal Selenium

Abstract


This green route synthesis of t- Se is a one-step, simple and low cost method. Usage of surfactants forms well separated smaller microspheres . The prepared product was characterized by X-ray spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman spectroscopy and Ultra violet–visible (UV –Vis spectroscopy).
