Abstract


Co(II), Hg(III), Cd(II) and Mn(II) complexes of the 2-oxo-N-(pyridine-2-yl)-2-(2-(1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethylidene)hydrazinyl)acetamide synthesized. The isolated compounds illustrated via altered spectroscopic techniques. Potentiometric studies of H2L with Co(II) in DMSO performed. The antimicrobial and colorimetric assay for compounds that bind DNA achieved.
