The article considers the peculiarities of the principles of the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the CIS countries. In conclusion, the author puts forward proposals for the modernization of the principles of the Criminal Executive Code. In particular specific articles of the Criminal Executive Code.
