Process Optimization of Aerospace Component by Designing Fixture by Using Cam Software

Abstract

The fundamental point of this paper is to enhance process design and making 3D show utilizing unigraphics programming. Producing NC program of rocket shield utilizing NX-CAM programming which is only CAM programming used to create part program by encouraging the geometry of the segment and characterizing the best possible device way and therefore exchanging the produced part program to the required CNC machine with the assistance of DNC lines. The administrator in this manner executes the program with reasonable requirements. The extend manages upgrading process design by indicating fitting instruments, creating devices plan if requested.
