Abstract


The main aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between employee commitments in the organization. Discuss about the three components of job commitment: Affective, continuance, normative commitment (Allen and Meyer, 1990) employee commitment plays a vital role in the development of each and every organization all over the world.

The affective element of organization commitment proposed by the version refers to personnel emotional attachment to, identification with and involvement in the employer.  The continuance factor refers to dedication based the prices that employees partner with leaving the company soon or later.  The normative factor refers to personnel feelings of duty to remain with the business enterprise.
